How much should I pay some people to paint the interior of my home and garage!?

My home is 1130 Sq ft. plus the garage 320 Sq Ft. What is a flat rate?


I don't want to pay by the hour seeing as they will probably work very slowly.


Also I am providing all of the supplies and paint.How much should I pay some people to paint the interior of my home and garage!?

I charge 1.50 dollars a square foot for complete interior that is empty

also if you show up with cheap paint the price goes up


My best advice to you is hire a good painter get references get 3 bids and watch out for any that are extremely low, avoid like the plague

You should pay about $300, but dont give it to them until the work is completed and meets your standards. Having a written contract would be good also.
It depends on how you want to pay. By, hour, by room, by wall if even. I would do it by the room, and the sizes and space they have to paint. But, it really depends on who you're hiring. If it's a well known painting company, and they do a good job, and finish quickly who should pay up to 200+ on each room. If it's just some neighbors helping out, then maybe a bit around 100-.
