Can you paint the interior of your home with extior paint? And if not why?

You can but the colors are usually pretty ugly for interiors. The paint is thicker and is made to stand up in harsh conditions. If you trying to save money then a lot of paint stores have oops paint on shelves that they sell at a huge discount. Can you paint the interior of your home with extior paint? And if not why?
yes you can .outside paint is just made different to stand up to the different weatherCan you paint the interior of your home with extior paint? And if not why?
Hi, I painted the walls in my garage with outdoor paint, only because I felt like it was going to be exposed to the elements more so than my house. It originally had indoor paint on it, but I went over it with joint-compound to give the walls texture. It still looks good, but I know if I decide to paint over it, I'll have to use outdoor paint again, because indoor paint will not adhere. If you plan on selling down the road, I think the new owners will be ticked, because the walls might have to be stripped down. I hope I helped.
Sure you can. The only reason it's been determined exterior paint is because the chemical make-up holds up better to outside elements. So rest assured, if you ever have a rainstorm in your living room, followed by three weeks of hot sticky temps, your hair might wilt, but your paint will hold up remarkably well. ;)
